Yes, for any order over 24 units, we will work with you on a bulk discount depending on the product.
ARE ANY PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMIZATION?
Yes! Our round21 mini hoops are our signature customization product.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Full payment is required at order placement. We accept payment by all major credit cards and bank transfer.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
We are happy to help you place an order for single units at full retail cost if physical samples are required.
CAN YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We offer standard ground shipping included in cost to one domestic location. All orders will ship via USPS or UPS Ground depending on order size. On a case-by-case basis, we can discuss dropshipping to individual employee addresses with enough planning and preparation time.
CAN I CANCEL, MAKE CHANGES TO, OR RETURN MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, we are unlikely to be able to make any changes. We've got big dreams, but we're still a little startup :)
